Optional Add-On (see frame tab): Choose from three easy-to-assemble frames. The 'Portable Black/White Frame' is 160cm x 200cm, and the 'Mesh Black Frame' is 220cm x 120cm.
NOTE: the Mesh Black Frame will not transport in a standard car - this will require a van/ute.

Return
The hire products must be returned by 11AM the following morning. If you need to arrange an alternate time, please contact us prior.
Cancellations & Damaged items
We do not request a bond, however, any damage will be the responsibility of the hiree to the original value of the sign. Cancellations are 50% refundable, and non-refundable within 7 days of the event. In booking, you accept that you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which is linked at the bottom of our page.

Power Supply: Each sign comes with an easy to use power supply, simply plug it in like you would a lamp. We provide the correct plug depending on your location (EU, UK, US, AU). The cable is a 2 meter transparent cable so that you can easily and discreetly power your sign.
Dimmer: this plugs in between your sign and the power supply and allows you to easily adjust the brightness of your sign.
Hanging system - Each sign comes pre drilled and with the necessary items to hang your sign.
**if you have selected a neon through our event hire service, the dimmer is a optional add-on**
Each of our signs comes with a 1 year guarantee and is insured during transport. You can rest easy knowing that we have your back!
Each sign comes with an installation kit, simply hang your sign in its desired location, as you would a picture frame, and plug it in!
